This plan represents the hard work of the Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Board and many of our regional stakeholders and is informed by a recent analysis of the regional labor market. This document provides an overview of the planning process, findings from stakeholder engagement and market analysis, as well as goals and objectives and recommendations for implementation.
