For example, when Hendrickson USA, a manufacturer of suspension systems and components for heavy-duty vehicles, began staffing its facility in Elizabethtown, its human resource leaders turned to the Kentucky Career Center – Lincoln Trail in Elizabethtown.

The company was hiring welders and technicians. Leveraging our talent database, we efficiently identified qualified candidates. And with the local facility under construction, we were pleased to schedule the interviews and provide conference space, too.

In the end, we were proud to have facilitated a smooth, productive day that has resulted in three new hires with more hires expected.
