Karbec Line CardKarbec, a new LaRue County manufacturer, has multiple career opportunities for skilled workers.

These skilled positions, paying $20 per hour, include electrical designer, mechanical designer, PLC programmer and robot programmer. Qualifications for these positions are listed below.

Strong soft skills and transferable skills, including military skills sets, are desired.

Electrical Designer
Associate’s degree in Auto Cad or Solid Works
2 years experience in automated manufacturing equipment a plus

Mechanical Designer
Associate’s degree in Solid Works
2 years experience in automated manufacturing equipment a plus

Robot Programmer
2 Years Experience on Fanuc and/or ABB Arc Weld and material handler applications in plant floor settings
Light mechanical abilities related to automated manufacturing equipment
Understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls

PLC Programmer
2 years experience on Rockwell / Allen Bradley / Siemens Processors
HMI Development
Light mechanical abilities related to automated manufacturing equipment
Understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls
