The Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD), local grant sub-recipient for the Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Board, (LTWDB) seeks proposals from a consultant/individual to provide strategic planning services for the implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, including the creation of a workforce development strategic plan for the eight-county workforce area. The Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Area is comprised of the following Kentucky counties: Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington.
