Lucas Hedgespeth, owner of Performance Plumbing which serves the Lincoln Trail region, explains how you can pursue a career in plumbing with little or no experience and become successful.

“One of my most successful hires was a young man with no prior trade experience,” said Hedgespeth. “He was hardworking, saw the advantages of the industry, and was dedicated to learning.” 

A certification can be earned in as little as two years through an apprenticeship program. The great thing about this apprenticeship program? You can earn while you learn, saving you from debt oftentimes incurred from traditional studies.
